As an Wireless & Networking Account Manager at Purdicom, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued reseller and MSP partners. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients identify the right solutions for their business, driving revenue and gross profit growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Principal Duties
- Retain, manage and grow a portfolio of existing reseller and MSP accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using Purdicom's vendor portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and internal teams (technical, logistics, marketing).
- Work closely with Pre-Sales and Technical Support to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend vendor training sessions and stay current on product offerings and market trends.
- Represent Purdicom at events, webinars, and partner meetings as required.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
- Proven experience in a B2B sales or account management role, ideally within IT or technology distribution.
- Strong understanding of wireless, networking, security or cloud technologies (preferred, not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot).
- Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
