This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who understands the pain points of healthcare practices and thrives on building relationships with physicians, practice managers, and healthcare administrators.

- Present tailored VA solutions that address practice pain points and improve efficiency
- Deliver compelling product demos, solution presentations, and proposals to decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing
- Track and manage opportunities in the CRM, maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts
- Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to ensure a smooth client handoff and long-term success
- Stay current on industry trends, telehealth regulations, HIPAA compliance, and competitive offerings
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven success in sales, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or staffing/recruitment, medical device, pharmaceutical
- Understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, especially outpatient workflows
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills
- Familiarity with practice pain points like:
- Appointment scheduling
- Insurance verification & prior authorizations
- EHR/documentation burden
- Patient follow-ups & engagement
- Self-motivated, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have

- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and remote staffing/telehealth models
- Familiarity with CRMs, EHR systems, or staffing platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field
Why Join REVA Global Medical?
- Competitive compensation: Base $60K + uncapped commission (earn up to $150K OTE)
- Mission-driven work: Play a key role in solving staffing shortages and improving healthcare delivery nationwide
- Growth opportunity: Join a rapidly expanding company with a strong reputation in both real estate and healthcare staffing
