Position Overview: As the Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of acquisition and disposition agents, ensuring they hit performance targets, close deals efficiently, and maintain strong relationships with property sellers, investors, and buyers. You will develop strategies to increase conversion rates, build a winning sales culture, and help scale our deal volume month over month.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of acquisition and disposition reps to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales processes and performance metrics.
- Manage deal pipelines and ensure timely follow-up and closing across all leads.
- Conduct sales training, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure lead quality and smooth handoffs.
- Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Negotiate with property owners, investors, and buyers when needed to maximize deal margins.
- Onboard and train new team members as the company scales.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales management experience (preferably in real estate, wholesale, or investment sales).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team sales goals.
- Deep understanding of real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Podio, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $75,000 base salary + commission ($125,000 OTE)
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
