I am looking for a passionate candidate to lead our current team to help us develop and expand further. The ideal candidate is someone who can add new ideas, experience, energy, and value into the mix. The successful candidate will need to enjoy and thrive from working in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing, developing, and selecting multiple product ranges across the board.
  • Contributing to planning, trade, and sales meetings with the ability to analyse trade and trends.
  • Communicating and reporting all key information to Managers & Directors.
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock as per KPIs set and managing OTB accordingly.
  • Liaising with the marketing and e-commerce team to maximise sales through the site.
  • Creating a productive strategy and range plan to implement across the site.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within the product ranges.
  • Ensuring relevant trends are translated appropriately for the brand and customer.
  • Monitoring the development of garments process, maintaining schedules and key deadlines.
  • Having an increasing knowledge and understanding of trading on all departments.
  • Assisting on buying trips as needed within the UK and internationally.
  • Carrying out competitor analysis to identify opportunities and market trends.
Skills Required:
  • Strong sourcing and supplier negotiation skills.
  • Graduate with relevant degree.
  • 2 years industry experience minimum.
  • Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual with clear communication skills.
  • Extensive range of wide product knowledge.
