Job Description

I am working with an established and unique fashion brand who are recruiting for various positions with their company.

An exciting time to join this brand who are recognised as one of the fastest growing privately owned companies in the UK.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Admin Merchandiser (MAA), with previous exposure to the role and who is ready for a new challenge, to play an important role in our Merchandising Team.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take a step up from a junior role in a similar sector or take their first step into fashion.

The role will require at least 1‑2 years experience in a similar fashion position.

Key Responsibilities

What will you do as Merchandisers Administration Assistant?

• Working with the Senior Merchandiser, you will be

  • Preparing weekly trade reports, delivery schedule and critical path management.
  • Order processing & stock allocation
  • Communicating with warehouse and logistics team
  • Liaising with other departments to assist with wholesale stock management.
  • Processing orders, managing range plan.
  • Working with our wholesale team on overall/weekly strategies.

What you will need to succeed as a Merchandisers Administration Assistant?

  • You will have 1‑2 years experience as an MAA.
  • Excellent Excel skills, highly analytical, strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload with proven administrative ability.
  • Excellent problem solver and decision maker – always focusing on solutions.
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A self‑motivator who is enthusiastic and keen to progress and develop.
  • Active team player who constantly contributes and supports other members.
