Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead our Ladbrokes & Coral shop teams across the UK, delivering top customer service and driving standards daily. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will be part of the Shop team, serving customers and building relationships to encourage repeat business.
Salary is £13.00 per hour. Our shops operate from 8am–10pm, with a typical weekly rota of around 10 hours, including a mix of opening/closing shifts.
