You will lead by example, ensuring the team has what it needs so service runs smoothly and dishes meet high standards. You will promote teamwork, food quality and strict hygiene, while deputising for management when required.
You will motivate staff during busy services, maintain allergen controls, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience with consistency and pride.
