This senior role provides high-level, hands-on support and guidance across Purcell's London and Palace of Westminster teams, enabling project teams to produce excellence in digital design and delivery. With over 10 years' experience, you will bring both technical expertise and strategic insight, ensuring the effective use of digital tools, driving best practice, and embedding Purcell standards across a diverse portfolio of projects.
As a trusted support/adviser, you will work closely with Purcell's Head of BIM in shaping digital delivery approach and play a key role in developing the next generation of BIM expertise within the practice.

Key Responsibilities- Provide expert day-to-day support to project teams on Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Project CDE solutions, Atvero (document management), and related digital tools.
- Act as a lead facilitator for digital coordination, running clash avoidance workshops, regular model performance audits, and supporting teams through issue resolutions with external consultants.
- Champion compliance with the BS EN ISO 19650 suite of standards, embedding Purcell's BIM protocols and ensuring consistent application across projects.
- Assist with the development and roll-out of training, CPDs, and best-practice workshops on modelling techniques, project setup, and digital workflows.
- Support the Head of BIM in evolving Purcell's digital standards, templates, and guidance documents, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Oversee project information reviews, meeting both client and Purcell's quality and compliance requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to staff, to develop digital skills across the studio.
- Collaborate with consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve coordination challenges and enhance collaboration.
- Act as a senior, trusted point of contact for digital delivery queries across the London studio.
- Capture and disseminate lessons learned, helping shape practice-wide strategies for digital innovation.
- Architectural background with a clear passion for utilising digital tools to assist and support with project delivery.
- 10+ years' experience in BIM/digital support roles within architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, ACC, and associated digital platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 standard and proven experience embedding these in live projects.
- BIM certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Confident and engaging communicator, capable of leading training, workshops, and consultant meetings.
- Experienced in supporting staff at all levels.
- Proactive, highly organised, with good communication skills, with a commitment to quality and compliance.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
