The role:

  • Provide expert day-to-day support to project teams on Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Project CDE solutions, Atvero (document management), and related digital tools.
  • Act as a lead facilitator for digital coordination, running clash avoidance workshops, regular model performance audits, and supporting teams through issue resolutions with external consultants.
  • Champion compliance with the BS EN ISO 19650 suite of standards, embedding Purcell's BIM protocols and ensuring consistent application across projects.
  • Assist with the development and roll-out of training, CPDs, and best-practice workshops on modelling techniques, project setup, and digital workflows.
  • Support the Head of BIM in evolving Purcell's digital standards, templates, and guidance documents, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Oversee project information reviews, meeting both client and Purcell's quality and compliance requirements.
