Hard worker ready to turn your hand to anything? Want to break into business and build something? We are an early-stage company doing whole-home water filtration properly — premium systems, installed to a high standard, for homes across London and the South-East. We're growing fast, and we're hiring our operations executive to help us do it.

This is a ground-floor role for someone who wants to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. No two days are the same, and we need someone who'll do whatever the day calls for — coordinating installs one minute, sorting a customer or chasing stock the next. You'd be the founder's right hand on the ground, and what you build here, you'll have helped build.

Why this might be for you

We're especially keen to hear from people with a trade, building, or home-services background who want to step into the business side. If you've worked with your hands and done it well, you already understand half this job — you know what good work looks like, you can spot a bad job, and you can talk to tradespeople as an equal.

This is your route off the tools and into building a company: more responsibility, more variety, and a real say in how things are run, with room to grow into a management role as we scale. We don't care about polished CVs — we care about graft, common sense, and ambition.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate our installers — scheduling, logistics, and keeping jobs moving
  • Turn up to installs to check the work is done right and to our standard
  • Run site surveys before jobs so installers turn up to no surprises
  • Learn our systems inside out so you can talk through them with confidence
  • Keep our admin (jobs, scheduling, stock) tidy and on top of it
  • Muck in wherever you're needed — that's the nature of an early-stage business
  • Handle customer enquiries and bookings when needed

What we're after

  • A genuine hard worker who'll turn their hand to anything
  • Trade, building, home-services, or hands-on experience looked on favourably
  • Hunger to break into business and grow with the company
  • Organised, reliable, and able to crack on without being chased
  • A straight talker who takes pride in doing things properly and is good with people
  • You don't need water or filtration experience — we'll teach you the product. Attitude and effort matter far more to us than sector experience.

What's on offer

  • £26,000–£38,000 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus
  • A proper ground-floor role with real influence and a clear path upward
  • Variety — no two days the same, and a step off the tools into building a business
  • Workplace pension and 28 days' holiday (including bank holidays)

How to apply
