To build our team we are looking for a SHE Advisor to join our growing team in Buckingham.
Your Mission
As a Safety Advisor, you’ll help design, implement, and embed programs that foster a safe work environment—preventing serious injuries and ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards at both local and Group levels.
You’ll work across diverse manufacturing sites and a broad sales network, collaborating with teams and operating independently to support our business and HSE strategy. Your role will be key in promoting a Culture of Caring that protects people and the planet.

What you will do
- Be the contact person for HSE aspects for the legal entity.
- Ensures the development and effective implementation of appropriate Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures, benchmarked against ISO45001, ISO 14001 and ISO50001 and provide for their updating in line with the purpose, mission, vision, strategies, and objectives identified at group level and in compliance with legislation.
- Initiate and influence integration of HSE policies and procedures into the business and oversee compliance using local dashboards and analytics.
- Reporting/benchmarking: manage record/data keeping systems and statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans, conducting inspections and audits, providing Group level with the needed information.
- People development: Ensure effective education programs on HSE are in place increasing the sensitivity of the whole organization to good practices and implementing an effective communication.
- Provides technical support to senior management on any safety related issues.
- Provides HSE related input and validations into new projects and installations.
- Interface professionally with government officials in all areas of environment, health and safety.
- Define and lead execution of long-range plan to improve environmental performance (energy water efficiency).
- Build, maintain and coordinate an internal and external network of specialists.
What we expect from you
- NEBOSH certificate/diploma
- Working knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems, e.g. ISO 14001, ISO5001 and ISO45001
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organisation as well as organizations outside (regulatory agencies)
- Having a Bachelor or Master, a specialisation in HSE is desirable
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HSE responsible in an industrial environment
- Have a clear passion for HSE and sustainability
- Resilient and good observer
- Be open to flexible working hours
