Your Mission

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop a high-performing Quality team, aligning them with our strategic goals and customer expectations.
  • Drive Compliance: Oversee all food safety and regulatory programs (HACCP, SQF, FSMA, Pest Control, Sanitation) to ensure full compliance and industry-leading standards.
  • Audit Excellence: Lead customer and third-party audits with confidence and precision.
  • Continuous Improvement: Manage customer complaints and CAPA processes using RCFA to enhance product and process quality.
  • Risk Management: Coordinate hold/rework programs and incident reporting to minimize impact and uphold product integrity.
  • Customer Collaboration: Provide documentation, certifications, and support for customer audits and mock recalls.
  • Strategic Leadership: Champion initiatives that advance the Quality agenda across Puratos UK and beyond.

  • Proven leadership in Quality Assurance within the food industry.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (RCFA, CAPA, etc.).
  • Experience managing audits and regulatory inspections.
