Puratos in Buckingham is seeking Production Operatives to join our recently expanded site. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and right-first-time manufacturing of all batches on the daily plan, working closely with Production Team Leaders to ensure processes align with food safety and health regulations.
You will collaborate across teams, support new product launches and trials with R&D, and assist in training and onboarding while contributing to continuous improvement and quality
