To strengthen our team in Puratos Fourayes, near Sittingbourne, Kent, we are looking for a Production Operative.
Your Mission
Working in conjunction with the line supervisor, the successful candidate will work in a variety of roles on our food production lines, following the production plan and ensuring that the product is manufactured safely and efficiently to achieve the customers’ delivery and quality expectations.
What you will do
- Follow food safety and health and safety requirements at all times.
- Work on food production lines carrying out repetitive, manual activities.
- Ensure products and work processes meet quality standards and expectations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
What we expect from you
- Previous experience of working in a food production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication with other staff members.
- Flexibility and multi-tasking.
- Due to our rural location, and the shift pattern, it is essential that candidates can drive and have their own transport.
