To build our team we are looking for a R&D Product Technologist to join our growing team in Buckingham.

Your Mission

The role of the R&D Product Technologist plays a key part on the Buckingham site and is responsible for developing products from concept to launch, involving recipe formulation and factory scale up trials to deliver successful customer launches. The R&D technologist has a keen interest in the food industry and is passionate about product development. Creative yet methodical with a strong desire to learn and succeed.

What You Will Do

  • New product development and innovations:
  • Creating product formulations based on customer briefs.
  • Designing and making products and concepts with precision and repeatability.
  • Producing lab samples & prototypes for customer trialing.
  • Testing products in finished good applications.
  • Scaling up products from lab and pilot plant to full scale production.
  • Shelf-life testing and validation of products.
  • Providing support to the factory on product launches and improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate post launch reviews.
  • Delight customers: Project management and maintenance for customer accounts.
