Your Mission
As aGoods-Inwards Operator, youâll be at the frontline of our newly expanded siteâplaying a vital role in ensuring every ingredient and material arrives safely, is accurately recorded, and is ready for production. Using advanced systems like SAP, youâll help maintain flawless stock control and support the smooth flow of goods into our operations. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where your precision and teamwork will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products on time. What you will do
Using your passion for quality and collaboration, you will:
- Be the Gatekeeper of Quality â Receive and inspect all incoming raw materials, ensuring they meet technical specs and are ready for productionâright first time.
- Master the Flow of Goods â Process orders through SAP with speed and accuracy to meet delivery schedules and keep our customers happy.
- Keep Stock Spot-On â Support regular stock counts and cycle checks, helping maintain 100% confidence in our inventory accuracy.
- Champion FIFO & FEFO â Ensure materials are stored and used in the right order to minimise waste and maximise freshness.
- Support Seamless Production â Make sure materials are receipted, stored, and kitted efficiently so production never skips a beat.
- Own Traceability & Shelf Life â Monitor key materials for traceability and expiry, ensuring full compliance and zero surprises.
- Be a SAP Superuser â Carry out transactions, stock adjustments, and documentation in SAPâkeeping our systems sharp and up to date.
- Drive Continuous Improvement â Investigate stock discrepancies, support audit actions, and help implement smarter, more efficient processes.
- Collaborate Across Teams â Work closely with Production, Quality, and Logistics to align on needs, solve problems, and deliver great service.
- Support Sustainability Goals â Manage waste and recycling processes with care and precision, contributing to our environmental commitments.
