To build our team we are looking for an R&D Support Technician to join our team in Buckingham.

Your Mission

In this role, your mission is to support the R&D team. You will support in sample preparation, product testing, test-baking and supporting the Buckingham Wet Plant on a day-to-day basis.

What you will do

  • Preparation of prototype products for internal trials and customer validation
  • Analysis of prototypes and baked goods in support of research, product development and factory scale-up
  • Despatch of samples to customers and reporting on the production and use of samples
