Your Role

We are looking for Hygiene Operatives to join our expanding site in Buckingham. If you’re reliable, proactive, and ready to make a real impact behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you!

What you will do

  • Championing Cleanliness: Follow structured cleaning schedules and SOPs to ensure all equipment, machinery, and zones are spotless and food-safe.
  • Protecting Food Safety: Handle allergens and raw materials with care, ensuring zero cross-contamination and full compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Quality & Compliance: Carry out traceability checks, surface swabs, and support audits to keep us inspection-ready at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and R&D teams to maintain high standards and support continuous improvement.
  • Safety First: Use chemicals safely, follow health and safety protocols, and help train new team members to uphold our hygiene excellence.
