To build our team we are looking for a Batching Operative to join our site in Buckingham.

Your Mission

As a Batching Operative, you will play a key role in the safe, efficient, and accurate preparation of batches in line with daily production plans. You’ll work closely with the Batching and Production Team Leaders and other departments to ensure all processes are followed correctly, with a strong focus on food safety, allergen control, and health regulations.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare batches according to SOPs and daily schedules.
  • Ensure 100% allergen control and prevent cross-contamination.
  • Complete quality and traceability checks (electronic and paper-based).
  • Coordinate the supply of raw materials, pallets, and consumables.
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and elevate issues when needed.
  • Support high-profile visits and audits including BRC.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and R&D teams to support trials and resolve non-conformances.
  • Uphold health and safety and food safety standards at all times.
