Duties

• Greet customers warmly and establish rapport to understand their requirements effectively.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly, ensuring customers are well-informed.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the company\’s point-of-sale system.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the organisation of display areas.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
