We are seeking a dedicated and experienced pension administrator to manage essential daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with all regulations. Responsibilities
- Senior Administrator responsibilities for SIPP and SSAS include setting up new business applications and preparing important correspondence for all clients.
- Maintain up-to-date electronic records to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage bank balance reconciliations, create invoices, handle payroll, and ensure compliance with VAT and tax relief processes.
- Build strong relationships with partners and coordinate with regulatory bodies to support company objectives.
- Assist with communication and documentation distribution for the Edinburgh office.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Strong administration experience within a pensions environment; experience with SIPP and SSAS is preferable, but candidates with relevant knowledge from the financial services sector will be considered.
- Ideally experience within an independent trustee or investment management environment.
- Skills should include:
- Excel – create spreadsheets, use basic formulae
- Word – create and format documents to a high standard
- Outlook – utilisation of emails
