We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Marketing Consultant to join our Marketing team.
What does a Partnerships Marketing Consultant do?
This role supports the marketing department with planning, campaigns and events to drive awareness and interest in the brand, boosting sales through our network of strategic, research and portal partners. You should be able to work under pressure, manage multiple plans and deadlines, and remain flexible and adaptable to change. Experience in marketing, events or partnerships is an advantage, and a keen planner who delivers content within set deadlines is essential.
Your Responsibilities Include But Will Not Be Limited To:
- Maintain and update partnerships marketing delivery plan, delivering content to deadlines; including creating/proof‑reading content, social media posts, blog articles, emails, brochures and liaising with Business Development Managers to coordinate regional marketing events.
- Plan and logistically support strategic partner and industry events.
- Update the Sales Team regularly to keep them informed about partnerships marketing and events.
- Follow up and report on partnerships marketing and events.
- Own ad‑hoc marketing requests from all areas of the business.
- Adapt quickly to the changing and demanding needs of a challenger business.
- Support the maintenance and delivery of the social media plan.
- Assist with day‑to‑day tasks of the Marketing Team, including social media posts, internal events, communications and sales support.
Who are we looking for?
- Business‑to‑business marketing experience
- Marketing and/or events planning experience
- Experience with business social media
- Understanding of the financial services market
- Understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to generate new ideas and execute them from start to end
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability, desire and confidence to network, negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrable ability to multi‑task and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Self‑motivation and enthusiasm
- Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
