Punk Royale London is part of the Punk Royale Group, with restaurants in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo and London. We are now looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Mayfair.

About the role

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and be a key part of the daily operation of the kitchen. You will help lead service, support and develop the team, maintain consistency and quality, and ensure that every guest receives the experience we are known for. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both cooking and leading from the front.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
