We are now looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Mayfair. About the role As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and be a key part of the daily operation of the kitchen. You will help lead service, support and develop the team, maintain consistency and quality, and ensure that every guest receives the experience we are known for.
