What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generating new sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media
- Qualifying leads to build a high-quality sales pipeline
- Hitting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Keeping CRM data organised and up to date (HubSpot/Salesforce experience is a plus!)
- Writing accurate reports on booked opportunities
- Representing Punch! and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Collaborating with an incredible team and taking part in fun team incentives
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Sales, SDR, Telesales, or Lead Generation
- Strong communication and active listening skills under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a bonus!)
- Ambitious, self-starting, and eager to grow in a sales career
- Strong social and relationship-building skills – both over the phone and face-to-face
- The ability to speak additional languages is desirable
