What You'll Be Doing
- Generating new sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media
- Qualifying leads to build a high-quality sales pipeline
- Hitting and exceeding targets in a fastâpaced, highâenergy environment
- Keeping CRM data organised and up to date (HubSpot/Salesforce experience is a plus!)
- Writing accurate reports on booked opportunities
- Representing Punch! and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Sales, SDR, Telesales, or Lead Generation
- Strong communication and active listening skills under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a bonus!)

- Strong social and relationshipâbuilding skills â both over the phone and faceâtoâface
- The ability to speak additional languages is desirable
