You will be taking the helm of an archetypal and successful destination pub, which means we are looking for an outgoing, engaging, and upstanding pillar of the community to become the next great Managed Partner at the Exeter Inn. Being currently local would be an advantage (but not essential), whilst being fastidious about serving a perfect pint is mandatory.
The pub needs a motivator, leader and a natural at spotting talent to bolster the team. You will be a great listener and speaker and someone who relishes getting involved. You will derive a profound sense of achievement in planning and organising pub events regularly, as an integral part of the community. These skills are essential to be successful at seasonal trading whilst giving locals a great reason to visit during the winter months.

The pub features an old stone building with extensive internal and external trading areas including a restaurant (50 covers), bar (35 covers), terrace (40 covers), large galley style kitchen situated behind the bar, large south facing front terrace, and a large car park for 40 cars. There are eight beautiful en-suite letting rooms and internal refurbishment planned.
