We are looking for a forward-thinking entrepreneur, a Management Partner who not only knows the current food and drink trends but will be bold enough to implement these with a creative and indulgent twist. You will understand your market and take existing customers on a journey with you, whilst executing your new vision for the pub. You will communicate the unique guest experience offered by the Birdcage pub with clear, individualistic marketing and branding.
Whilst gregarious and bold, you are committed to raising the hospitality bar with the support of your whole team. You will impart detailed knowledge about each product and ensure that staff serve guests to your exacting standards. This pub provides a unique opportunity for the fastidious operator.
