Using your skill as a trained property professional and through experience gained within the retail and leisure industry, ensure that the company's property assets (licensed, unlicensed, land and buildings) are legally compliant, fit for purpose and maintained to the highest standards, delivering the maximum EBITDA and ROI through excellent customer service.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of building compliance, maintenance planning, and capex delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with a customer-first mindset
- Experience of budgetary & financial cost control
- IT Literate
- Independent responsibility for planning and delivery
- HNC/HND in either Building Surveying or Building Construction, or professional qualification such as RICS or CIOB
- Working knowledge of landlord/tenant legislation
- Able to travel regularly across the UK pub estate; therefore full UK driving licence is essential
