The Plough Inn is a stunning old stone pub located at the heart of the picturesque village of Wrington. It is well-loved by locals, and its warm, welcoming atmosphere creates a home from home for anyone that steps foot through the doors. As well as this, its delicious food offer attracts those from the wider area, with plenty of family get-togethers and celebrations had at the Plough.

We are on the lookout for a food focused Management Partner that can take this business to the next level. From guaranteeing every guest a warm welcome to pouring that perfect pint every time, our partner will lead an engaged team to deliver best in class service.

The Plough Inn is famous for its food offer. Our ideal partner will have the skill to deliver a delicious, premium food menu brimming with quintessentially British classics (75 covers internally & 100+ covers externally), which, paired with a great drinks range, create an authentic pub experience.

The Plough Inn is located at the centre of the quaint village of Wrington. It is just a stone's throw from Bristol City Centre, providing that perfect balance between hustle and bustle and peaceful village life. There is a true sense of community in Wrington, with plenty for all the family to enjoy, with activities taking place throughout the year.

The Plough Inn will truly thrive with a Management Partner at the helm that has a passion for cracking beer and great food. Ready to create long-lasting relationships with locals, our future partner will have a proven track record in operating a business that engages with the community as well as visitors to the area. With an eye for what your guests love, our partner will be agile, maximising every aspect of this fantastic pub, from regular events to its beautiful beer garden.

This exciting pub opportunity comes with spacious domestic accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, a living room and private kitchen.

Love working closely with an Operations Manager in providing the right management services to build an incredible pub legacy with uncompromising standards and stand out guest experience? Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub it's your structure to own.
