This exciting new role reports into the Talent & Development Business Partner and is perfect for someone who thrives on teamwork and collaboration but is also happy to work alone. Accountabilities
- Design and develop engaging learning content for digital platforms and in-person practical sessions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Review and update existing content to maintain its effectiveness and relevance.
- Work closely with the Learning and Development team to align content with organisational goals.
- Use T&D BP feedback to create content to support the build of comprehensive learner journeys tailored to specific pub team job roles, ensuring that each journey addresses the unique needs and skills required for those roles.
- Develop inspiring training modules that cover various aspects of pub operations.
- Incorporate real-world scenarios and practical exercises into the learning content to provide hands-on experience.
- Utilise data and feedback to continuously improve and refine learning materials.
- Support with reporting, admin, emails and coordination on other projects being run in the Management Partnerships Talent and Development team.

Person Specification - Technical Competencies / Professional expertise
- Creative mindset with a passion for learning and education.
- Experience in designing and developing learning content in the hospitality industry.
- Time spent hands on working in pub or the hospitality industry preferred.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools, ideally Creator for Attensi and multimedia software.
