As a Property Investment Team Coordinator my core purpose is to:
What you’ll do day to day will vary, but your priorities will include:
Project coordination
- Prepare, format and distribute board papers, reports and presentations.
- Raise purchase orders and issue instructions to contractors, suppliers and consultants.
- Track project actions, deadlines and documentation, including maintaining the transfer and acquisition tracker so information is accurate and up to date.
- Managing Investment project feedback loop from key stakeholders including Operations to ensure project aftercare and snagging is completed
- Creating and managing the 5 star project handover questionnaire to key stakeholders to help us continually improve
Team and stakeholder support
- Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and keep actions moving.
- Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for internal teams, external partners and suppliers.
- Support Investment and Project Managers with information gathering, document preparation and timely follow-ups.
Administrative support to senior leaders
- Provide proactive, confidential administrative support to the Director of Investment and Growth and the Head of Investments.
- Manage diaries, correspondence and meeting preparation so leaders have what they need, when they need it.
- Ensure senior leaders have timely access to accurate project information and documentation.
General administration
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and project documentation (digital and/or paper as required).
- Monitor shared inboxes where required, responding or triaging queries promptly.
- Support procurement, compliance and governance processes, ensuring correct paperwork and audit trails.
- Pitch in on ad-hoc tasks that help the wider Investment and Growth team deliver.
About The Team
The Investment and Growth team is a field-based and spends most of its time delivering multi-site investment activity. This role provides the coordination ‘engine’ that keeps projects on track and makes it easy for the team to collaborate, share information and meet deadlines.

Reports to: Director of Investment & Growth
Location
Jubilee House, Second Avenue, Burton upon Trent, DE14 2WF.
Working Pattern
Primarily office based with hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will be expected to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
Travel
Travel to sites and pubs will be required as part of the role.
Person Specification – Technical Competencies/Professional expertise
- Strong organisation, planning and diary-management skills.
- Experience supporting multiple managers or a fast-moving team.
- Confidence producing professional documents (reports, presentations and board papers).
- Comfort working with contractors, suppliers and external partners.
- A solid grasp of purchase order and procurement processes (or the ability to learn quickly).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritise well and manage competing deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to doing things properly.
