As Investment Project Manager, my core purpose is to:
To lead and deliver investment projects across our Leased & Tenanted estate, enhancing asset value and guest experience while supporting our partners’ long-term success. This role ensures projects are scoped, managed, and executed to a high standard on time, on budget, and aligned with our brand and strategic goals.

Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver a successful investment programme within our existing leased and tenanted (L&T) estate, to agreed targets for time, cost and quality, all in line with the agreed investment strategy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our investment programme and supply chain – focused on pub design, operational effectiveness, cost engineering & project delivery.
- Manage investment budgets and report monthly on performance against budget.
- Work closely with the internal team of aligned Operations Managers and Property Surveyors and being closely aligned to the regional strategy of the Property Manager.
- Excellent communication with all stake holders, ensuring 5* interaction and handovers.
- Reinforce the position of pubs in the community through both our investment design and delivery, using investment to reinforce our company values.
- Seek opportunities to innovate through our investments, trial and test new ideas and products, evaluate the benefits to Punch and where agreed, deploy these as ‘business as usual’.
- Deliver low carbon and environmentally sustainable principles through our investment activities, minimising the environmental impact of our investments.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of the licensed retail sector (operations or estate or multi-site FMCG property experience).
- Capital investment experience covering a range and size of projects.
- Detailed knowledge of hospitality design – ability to interpret, influence and suggest design changes.
- Ability to travel widely across UK as required by programme of investments.
- IT literate – intermediate Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
- Key behavioural traits required are excellent communication at all levels, planning & organising, negotiation and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
