Location
At Punch we embrace work-life balance with our four-day workweek, operating from Monday to Thursday, and a hybrid work model, allowing you to spend three days in the office and one day working from home.
Role Purpose
To lead people, process, and production so the marketing team consistently delivers high-quality work on time and on budget, while providing the strategic direction that connects client goals to measurable outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Team management (25%): Lead a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a proactive and resilient culture with clear progression paths and mentoring. Be the go-to person for your team with hospitality marketing knowledge.
- Marketing strategy (25%): Translate client business and commercial goals into integrated marketing plans, alongside activating our agency marketing work to pipeline priorities.
- Workflow (20%): Own end-to-end production across content, PR, social, and performance, from scoping to reporting, ensuring all marketing projects and retained work are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Client account management (20%): Be a senior point-of-contact for your accounts, running weekly WIPs, monthly reporting calls, team workshops, and quarterly strategy sessions.
- Content activation (10%): Create and manage content, from long-form copywriting to paid social media advertisements, to support the department in delivering excellent work.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing in an agency environment.
- Strength across brand, content, PR, social, digital and paid channels, with strong copywriting skills.
- Confidence with analytics, GA4 and campaign performance reporting.
- Leadership that inspires cross-functional teams and strengthens client relationships.
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach, with sharp attention to detail and a drive for change.
- Hospitality sector experience is highly advantageous.
