Early Years Practitioner

Early Years Practitioner – Term time only (12 weeks paid holidays) We are seeking a \”Term time only\” ( 12 weeks paid holidays) Early Years Practitioner ideally with a Early Years Qualification such as Ba Degree in Early Years Education from UK or Overseas or NVQ , CACHE or BTEC Level 2 or 3 in early years education and experience working with children. Alternatively QTS (qualified Teaching Status Qualification) or Montessori Teaching Qualification would also be desirable. Starting Salary; £28,000- £31,000pa + (Negotiable) excellent further training and career progression opportunities, 12 weeks paid holidays. Early Years Practitioner role includes: Working with either babies, toddlers or pre school aged children Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development in line with EYFS. (Early Years Foundation Stages) Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child\’s progress and well-being. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement nursery policies and procedures. Support the management team in maintaining high standards of care and education within the nursery.
