We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Nurse / Nursery Assistant to join our vibrant early childhood education team.

Duties
- Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assist in supervising children during playtime, mealtimes, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure their safety at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging independence, curiosity, and confidence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences.
- Support management in implementing early childhood education best practices and curriculum planning.
- Contribute to the management of daily routines and assist with administrative tasks related to childcare documentation.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities when supervising junior staff or volunteers, ensuring consistent quality of care.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and childcare best practices.
- Strong management and leadership skills to support team collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Relevant childcare qualifications or certifications preferred (e. g., CACHE, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare).
Or BA in Early Years Education from Uk or Overseas.
- Or QTS, Montessori Teaching Qualification
- Valid driving license is desirable for roles involving transportation or home visits.
- Passionate about early childhood education with a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment.
