The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator with either a BTEC/CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or 3 diploma in childcare and early years education or a BA in early years education from a UK or Overseas University. Alternatively, Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or Montessori Teaching Qualification is acceptable.
Starting salary: £25,000pa - £30,000pa (negotiable) + excellent further training and career progression opportunities, 12 weeks paid holidays.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Planning and implementing creative and learning activities for children in line with early years foundation stages and different areas of learning
- Fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Observing and assessing children's progress, identifying areas for improvement or additional support
- Collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
- Maintaining accurate records of each child's development and milestones
- Playing games with children and supervising play
