We’re hiring an Account Manager to join the team at Pump Street. This is a role for someone who loves building relationships, understands the food and hospitality world, and is excited by the opportunity to represent an independent business making some of the world’s finest craft chocolate. Based primarily in London, the role will involve working closely with our retail, restaurant and coffee shop partners, developing new relationships, and helping us continue to grow thoughtfully and sustainably.
Pump Street began as a bakery in the village of Orford, Suffolk, and today we continue to make all of our chocolate from bean to bar ourselves - with quality, transparency and craftsmanship at the centre of everything we do.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in sales or account management (ideally in food or retail)
- Organised, commercially minded and confident communicating with a wide range of people
- Passionate about food, hospitality and storytelling
- Excited to spend time with customers, at tastings and events, and immersed in the world of specialty chocolate
The role includes time in our London office, regular travel to customers and events, and one day per fortnight at our factory near Woodbridge, Suffolk.
We strongly encourage applications from women, people of colour, people with disabilities and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
