Based primarily in London, the role will involve working closely with our retail, restaurant and coffee shop partners, developing new relationships, and helping us continue to grow thoughtfully and sustainably.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in sales or account management (ideally in food or retail)
- Organised, commercially minded and confident communicating with a wide range of people
- Passionate about food, hospitality and storytelling
- Excited to spend time with customers, at tastings and events, and immersed in the world of specialty chocolate
The role includes time in our London office, regular travel to customers and events, and one day per fortnight at our factory near Woodbridge, Suffolk.
