Graduate Procurement Analyst

Main Responsibilities Support sourcing and procurement activities across a range of categories. Build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Assist with tenders, supplier evaluations, and contract administration. Support negotiations and help identify cost-saving opportunities. Conduct market research and maintain awareness of industry trends. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ongoing supplier management. Requirements University degree or equivalent; CIPS qualification desirable. 1–2 years of procurement or sourcing experience. Understanding of IT procurement and supplier management. Experience supporting tenders, negotiations, and contract reviews. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with procurement tools and systems. Collaborative, proactive, and flexible team player.
