Hours of work

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to all customer enquires sent to the branch through email or phone calls.
  • Attend site as and when required when quoting works
  • Contact suppliers to get prices and lead times on parts required for quotes.
  • Convert quotes to orders on the system once accepted by the client.
  • Advise customers that goods are ready for collection.
  • Arrange shipping of the goods to site if required.
  • Convert jobs to invoices on the system once collected or shipped.
  • Work with the internal service team to quote remedial works required from engineer site visit reports.
  • Convert remedial quotes to jobs once accepted by the client.
  • Place orders with suppliers for parts required.
  • Notifying the internal service team once all materials for remedial jobs are booked into stock and the jobs are ready to schedule.
  • Assist with booking in & handling of inward and outward stock items when required.
  • Cover for Service Co-Ordinator when on leave or extended absence

Skills & Requirements

  • Computer literate in various Microsoft packages and company operated systems
  • Self-driven and focused individual with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Capable of multi -tasking
  • Have existing knowledge or the ability to learn detailed technical requirements of the equipment being sold to clients
