What You’ll Be Doing
- Business Development: Proactively identify and win new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of clients.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring outstanding service and repeat business.
- Candidate Matching: Source, screen and match high‑quality candidates to client vacancies across various sectors.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions that add real value.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in‑house) is preferred, but we pride ourselves on developing skills from other transferable industries.
- Proven track record in business development, sales and achieving targets.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, resilient and results‑driven.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
