Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing company and they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Hours: Mon - Sun - 39.5 hours per week - on a rota basis

  • 8:00am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
  • 8am - 3pm (Saturdays)
  • 8am - 12pm (Sundays)

Duties:

  • Dealing with customers who contact the client via telephone, email, or live chat.
  • Providing an effortless customer journey and experience.
  • Gaining an understanding of each customer's situation, spotting potential opportunities to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensuring all telephone calls are answered within our service level agreement, booking utilising the Salesforce platform.
  • Working in line with Contact Centre processes and targets to ensure a professional service is provided at all levels.
  • Working closely with customers to keep them informed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Solid recent work history within customer service.
  • At least 1 year's previous customer service in a call centre is desirable.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the drive to deliver world-class service to all customers.
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications and web-based platforms.
  • Highly approachable with good interpersonal skills.
  • Motivational to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to learning new skills to support business requirements.
  • Self-starting with a positive outlook and determination to succeed.
  • GCSE grade 4 in English or an equivalent qualification.
