What You'll Be Doing
- Trimming, shaping and filing delicate ceramic cores to exact finishing specifications
- Carrying out careful quality checks, identifying imperfections or structural issues
- Working with small, intricate parts requiring strong hand-eye coordination
- Following detailed instructions and maintaining consistent precision throughout each task
- Keeping your workstation clean, organised and safe
- Supporting the wider production process with any additional finishing or inspection tasks
About You
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good hand dexterity and confidence handling delicate materials
- Reliable with strong timekeeping and a proactive, flexible approach
- Positive attitude and able to work well with others
- Previous experience in finishing, production, assembly or similar roles is preferred but not essential
