Office Administrator
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm)
Location: Burton on Trent
Salary: Dependent upon Experience
My client is a growing company looking for a versatile and proactive Office Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis! If you\’re a confident multitasker with strong IT skills and a can‑do attitude, I\’d love to hear from you.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- General admin duties to keep the office running smoothly
- Supporting with credit control and purchase ledger tasks
- Handling queries professionally via phone and email
- Using Sage, and other IT systems confidently.
What You\’ll Need
- Solid experience in admin and finance support
- Sage experience – desirable
- Fully IT literate – Excel, Outlook, and general systems know-how
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- A flexible, positive approach – a real good all‑rounder
