YOUR MISSION In partnership with the Head Of / Team Head, you will align on local brand initiatives, monitor & evaluate performance, and execute brand strategy across various retail channels by following our Strategic Priorities. Business Solutions Achieve set sales targets annually β utilizing various business models and techniques, including growing market share in key categories to deliver growth. Continually analyze sales and margin performance against targets. Strong alignment with internal functions β ensure consistent communication with departments such as Merchandising, Marketing, Sales Support, Finance/Credit Control, and Operations to facilitate smooth account management. Sell In/Sell Out β strive for excellence in sales activities, utilizing all provided tools, and monitor customer sell-through to leverage sales opportunities. Optimising Partnerships Develop & maintain mutually profitable account relationships β engage with account personnel through product presentations, marketing plans, order management, and retail visits to drive growth for Puma and the accounts. Consumer Centric Drive the desirability of the brand β manage account portfolios to align with distribution policies, setting goals for assortment plans. Maintain high knowledge of market trends, consumer habits, and preferences. People & Culture Live and embody PUMA\βs brand values: Brave, Confident, Determined, and Joyful. GTM Excellence Align cross-functional teams to define strategic direction and resource allocation each season. Develop and execute plans aligned with brand and partners.
