Your mission is to ensure high customer service standards, manage store operations, oversee staff performance, handle cash desk transactions, maintain merchandising standards, and achieve financial and operational goals while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

Sales Management

  • Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals by offering and showcasing products to customers.
  • Assist customers in choosing products, consulting on product purposes, properties, quality, care rules and prices, offering substitutes and related products.
  • Calculate purchase costs, issue receipts, prepare documents, pack purchases, and handle exchanges.

Customer Experience & Communication

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
  • Take measures to prevent and resolve conflict situations.
  • Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.

Salesfloor Engagement

  • Spend 90% of time on the sales floor engaging with customers and coaching employees.

Team Management

  • Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and managing store staff.
  • Motivate and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets.

Store Operations

  • Process POS transactions (sales, exchanges, discounts and refunds) accurately in compliance with Retail P&Ps.
  • Identify, interpret, and diagnose store performance based on controllable operational KPIs (including but not limited to CR, UPT, ATV).

Loss Prevention

  • Oversee loss prevention and ensure operational compliance.

Inventory Management

  • Achieve or exceed inventory and shrink goals.
  • Manage physical inventory counts and inventory.
  • Manage shrink goals and process merchandise.

Merchandise Management

  • Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise.
  • Communicate opportunities and ensure the store's visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA visual merchandising standards.

Reporting

  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
