Your Mission

• Ensure individual performance consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service
• Maintain high standards of customer experience in accordance with PUMA\’s Brand Values and service standards
• Complete all required training programs, both domestic and global, to drive results
• Participate in Loss Prevention education and awareness programs
• Ensure Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the store
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Management team
• Assist in new store openings and closings; travel may be required
• Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently
• Maintain visual standards as per guidelines and ensure the store\’s visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA standards
• Keep the store\’s physical condition in line with guidelines and report maintenance needs promptly
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and operational competencies
• Maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment, reporting issues to management
• Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required
