Store Associate Responsibilities
- Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the store in accordance with PUMA’s brand values and service standards.
- Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through effective customer service.
- Accurately process sales transactions at checkout securely and efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness, order, and visual merchandising standards according to PUMA guidelines.
- Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Comply with all policies, procedures, operational core competencies, and key accountabilities.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
- Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be required.
Your Talent
- 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
The base pay for this position is $15.19 – $18.49/hour + Benefits. Pay may vary depending on experience and skills.
