Your mission is to optimise the customer experience and drive sales on an e-commerce website through effective product presentation, merchandising strategies, and site management. This role blends data analysis, creativity, and commercial awareness to improve conversion and engagement.
- Plan and execute online merchandising strategies aligned with trading calendars, brand campaigns, and promotions.
- Manage UK site localisation, ensuring relevance to local trading moments and product launches to maximise sales and visibility.
- Collaborate with EU teams to drive regional alignment and partner with global stakeholders to ensure content plans align with trading calendars and buy plans.
- Ensure products are correctly categorised, maintain onsite filters and site search to ensure products are searchable and easy to navigate.
- Maintain PUMA UK App content to ensure consistency between web and app in line with brand strategy.
- Set up and manage promotions during key trading periods, including partner discounts and promotion exclusions.
- Partner with the planning team to create seasonal flow plans and product tracker to track and monitor key launches.
- Work with the global SEO team to maintain off-site search ranking, URLs, and keyword content.
